Oh Na Mi's 3 Cheese & Kimchi Tosti 🧀
The tosti is so popular, it could almost be the national dish of the Netherlands. We've Oh Na Mi'd it. You can actually take any 3 cheeses, but my advice would be a young cheese, a stronger/mature cheese, and something creamy. Definitely plenty of butter. This will be the best tosti you've ever had! 👌🏽
Here is our recipe for Kimchi Tosti:
- Sliced sourdough bread
- Salted butter
- Oh Na Mi Kimchi
- Aged Dutch cheese such as Gouda or even a farmers’ cheese (boerenkaas)
- Young cheese. Here, we are using an Emmental cheese for even more depth of flavor and the all-important cheese pull.
