Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule:
We process and ship packages during weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.


Estimated Delivery Time:
Packages shipped through PostNL are estimated to arrive within 1 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. The actual delivery time may vary depending on several factors, including the day and time the order is shipped, as well as the current workload of our delivery service provider, PostNL.


Order Processing Time:
Upon receiving an order, we strive to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or special promotions.


Tracking Information:
For all orders shipped through PostNL, we provide tracking information that allows you to monitor the status of your package during transit. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking details.


Delayed Shipments:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen operational issues, may cause delays. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with PostNL to resolve any delivery challenges.



Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Packages:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. In the event of an incorrect or insufficient address, the package may be delayed or returned to us. If a package is deemed undeliverable, we will contact the customer to arrange for re-delivery, but additional charges may apply.


Delivery Confirmation:
Once your package is successfully delivered to the provided address, we consider the order fulfilled. If you have any concerns about the delivery or believe that your package has been misplaced, please reach out to our customer support team immediately.
