This is the kind of tangy kimchi that is perfect with any Korean (even non) meal or just as a snack straight out of the jar! Because Korean food without kimchi… Truly unthinkable. Locally produced in Amsterdam by the owner Alexander Kim Boyce, a true labour of love.
