At Oh Na Mi, we make real Korean flavors accessible to everyone. What started with family recipes and a passion for quality is growing into a brand that’s earning its place — on supermarket shelves, in the kitchens of top chefs, and in the hearts of food lovers.

That’s why we’re looking for a strategically strong and entrepreneurial Head of Brand & Growth. Someone who doesn’t just think in terms of branding and marketing, but also thrives on customer relationships, team leadership, and building smart collaborations.

What you’ll be doing:

📝 You develop and guard our brand strategy:

  • You refine our positioning and increase our visibility in the market
  • You know how to make a brand stand out and translate that into sharp decisions and consistent communication
  • You play an active role in building the growth and recognition of Oh Na Mi

💡 You translate our brand strategy into a smart and well-thought-out marketing and sales approach for both B2C and B2B.

  • You contribute ideas for new product launches, campaigns, and sales opportunities
  • You think with us in developing the social media strategy

✨ You turn opportunities into growth with ease — business development is second nature to you.

  • You manage strong relationships with existing accounts
  • You optimize sales channels, customer communication, and internal processes
  • You don’t just think about what needs to happen — you know how to do it smarter, better, and more efficiently. You help us improve the way we work

💪🏻 You actively help lead our team, together with Alex and Esther. 

  • You contribute not just ideas, but also structure, innovation, and execution
  • You're not afraid to get hands-on when needed:
         From processing orders
         To prepping for trade shows, photoshoots,
         Or other practical tasks that come with running a growing business

 

Why you’ll love this role:

  • You have experience growing a brand or food startup, ideally in both retail (supermarkets, specialty stores) and foodservice (hospitality, wholesalers, catering companies)

  • You’re both a thinker and a doer — your role is strategy and execution. You help shape the big picture and take action to improve daily operations, team workflows, and how we get things done.

  • You’re socially confident, professional, and enjoy representing Oh Na Mi at trade shows and with clients

  • You have a warm, open personality and are looking for a team that feels like home

  • You’re based in (or near) Amsterdam and are flexible in your workspace — from the office to client meetings to inspiration days in other cities

  • You don’t need to be a Korea expert, but affinity with Korean food (and hopefully a love for kimchi!) is a big plus — it helps if you truly appreciate our flavors and can confidently stand behind our brand
