Can you imagine eating a whole head of cauliflower in one sitting? When you've tried this recipe, there is no imagining anymore because it is 'Oh Na Mi' so good. But be careful, because as soon as this dish hits the table, it will be gone in a matter of seconds. No more half cauliflowers wilting on the kitchen table!

Ingredients

Let’s Oh Na Mi this!

  1. Preheat the oven at 180C.
  2. Cut the cauliflower in to bite sized florets.
  3. Mix together the flour and the soy milk in a mixing bowl.
  4. Put half of the florets in the batter and mix until all of them are coated.
  5. Put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and make sure they are not touching.
  6. Repeat with the other half.
  7. Put the baking sheet in the oven for 15 min.
  8. Turn the baking sheet around and bake for another 15 min.
  9. Add all baked cauliflower to a bowl and pour over the Oh Na Mi Korean BBQ and mix until everything is coated.
  10. Put it back in the oven for 10-15 min, be careful to not let it burn!
  11. Mix together the yoghurt, kimchi sauce and the juice and zest of the lime, to make the sauce.
  12. Serve a big plate with some spring onion and roasted sesame seeds

Troubleshooting and Tips

  • A whole cauliflower is so much! - It may sound like a lot, but it will get finished before you know it! And, it also keeps in the fridge really well as a snack. Just pop them in the airfryer/oven for a few minutes before eating!
  • Can I get them to crisp up? - You can also dip them in batter, deep fry them and then toss in the BBQ sauce!
