Ingredients
- 45g oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 100ml chicken stock (leftover from our pulled chicken bbq sandwich)
- 2 hands of spinach
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 30g Oh Na Mi Unpasteurized Kimchi
- 1 soy marinated egg
- Roasted sesame seeds
Let’s Oh Na Mi this!
- Add the oats, chia seeds and chicken stock in a pot and simmer for 5 min, or until the oats thicken.
- Add in the spinach and stir until it’s wilted.
- Put it in a bowl and serve with sesame oil, the Oh Na Mi Unpasteurized Kimchi, the soy marinated egg and the roasted sesame seeds.
