Oh Na Mi's Sardines
By Alex Boyce
What if sardines were not boring? Well they don’t have to be anymore! With them being all over my fyp, inspiration struck and I HAD to use them somehow! Of course, plain sardines are not enough to make a nice dinner, so I made a simple and easy recipe to share with you. After trying this, you will be stuck on the sardine diet too!
Sardines with Oh Na Mi Korean Seaweed Seame Soy Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tin of sardines - 120g
1 1/2 spoons of Oh Na Mi Sesame Seaweed Soy Sauce
1/4 green onion
a pinch of sesame seeds (optional)
1 serving of rice
(Not sure how much one serving of rice is? Just make it! There is no such thing as too much rice; you can always use the leftovers for whatever you like.)
LET’S OH NA MI THIS!
Method:
Boil the rice to your liking and set it aside.
Put the sardines in a bowl, add the Oh Na Mi Sesame Seaweed Soy Sauce, and mix around.
Cut the green onion and sprinkle it together with the sesame seeds on top of the soy sauce sardines mix.
Lastly, plate the sardine mix over the rice and enjoy!
